- Inventory and sales tracking: reconcile stock and sales across sheets.在庫と売上をシートをまたいで突き合わせる
- Monthly reports: a plain-language summary for the owner, every month.毎月、経営者向けの短い報告をつくる
How we use Claude ／ Claude の使いどころ
- Claude reads receipts and invoices and classifies them by account and vendor.領収書・請求書を読み、勘定科目と取引先ごとに振り分ける
- Claude flags exceptions — duplicates, missing items, numbers that don't match — for a human to check.重複・抜け・数字の食い違いを見つけて、人が確かめる所だけを示す
- Claude drafts the monthly summary in plain Japanese for owners who are not accountants.経理の専門家でない経営者に向けて、月次のまとめを平易な日本語で下書きする
