Excel (VBA) automation | Sole proprietorship in Japan
Replacing repetitive monthly Excel work with macros.
CryptoStyle Labs is a one-person, self-funded sole proprietorship in Japan (not a corporation). We automate aggregation, reconciliation of two tables, and output of business forms such as invoices, using macros (VBA) in Excel for Windows. All communication is by email; no meetings or calls are needed.
A sole proprietorship in Japan since January 2024 (the start date on our tax filing). This website was launched in October 2026.
What we do
Our main tool is Excel (VBA). Google Sheets / Apps Script are also supported.

Written diagnosis
A written review of one existing file: room for automation and "12 ways it breaks", on two A4 pages. No hands-on work.
Accounting firms and production companies may also ask us about taking over their clients' Excel work within the scope above, under the same working conditions (no weekday-daytime on-site or regular meetings, no SLA-bound operations, no work over 25 hours a month). For production companies, we confirm what we can take on before replying.
What we do not take on
- Excel for Mac or Excel for the web (Windows Microsoft 365 / Excel 2021 or later is required)
- Business software other than Excel (ERP, accounting packages and the like): implementation, modification or integration
- On-site work or regular meetings during weekday business hours; operations under an SLA
- Projects larger than 25 hours per month
- Individual tax, legal or labor judgments
We take on one build project at a time. If one is in progress, we tell you the earliest start date first.

How we work
- Free consultation by email: your file (dummy data is fine), your current steps in 3–5 lines, and the result you want.
- Free estimate. There is no charge.
- Before starting, we send a one-page table of the finished sheet structure and build after you confirm it.
- First draft in about 7–14 days (or the number of days in the estimate).
- Up to two free revisions within 7 days of the first draft, within the original specification.
- Delivery.
First reply within 48 hours. Replies are sent on weekday evenings and weekends.
Files you share are used only for development and testing and are deleted after the engagement ends. We can also sign a non-disclosure agreement.
